|Security||FPRE fulfils the FINMA requirements concerning the IT infrastructure and data security corresponding the FINMA circulars «RS 2008/07: Outsourcing banks» and «RS 2008/21: Operational risks banks».|
In January 2008, the quality management system of FPRE was granted certification according to the ISO standard 9001. The yearly maintenance and recertification audits take place every January.

Dr. Hans-Michael Brey

Hans-Michael Brey completed his master's degree at the Rheinische Friedrich Wilhelms University in 1996. Afterwards, he worked for the German Seminar for Urban Development and Economics, an initiative of the Federal Ministry of Economics, which has set itself the task of advising on the revitalisation of city centres in the new federal states from an economic and urban development perspective.
In 2000 he moved to the Gesellschaft des Deutschen Verbandes mbH as Managing Director, an association that advises the federal ministries and the housing and real estate industry on urban development and economic issues. In 2001 he was appointed Secretary General of the German Association for Housing, Urban and Spatial Development. During this time the association moves from Bonn to Berlin and opens an office in Brussels.
At the beginning of 2010 Brey changed to the BBA - Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft, Berlin, as a managing board member. The academy has set itself the task of training future management personnel for the housing and real estate industry. In July 2018 he started at the Foundation Berliner Leben, where he has been Chairman of the Board since 11 December 2018.
Prof. Dr. Roland Füss

Roland Füss is a Full Professor of Real Estate Finance at the University of St.Gallen and Member of the Board of the Swiss Institute for Banking and Finance (s/bf-HSG) at the School of Finance. In addition, he is a Research Associate at the Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW), Mannheim, Germany and a Research Fellow at Center for Real Estate and Environmental Economics, NTNU Business School, Trondheim, Norway. His main research topics are in the field of real estate economics and finance, applied financial econometrics, empirical asset pricing, and risk management.
Prof. Füss has authored numerous articles in economics, finance, and real estate journals such as Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Review of Finance, Journal of Money, Credit and Banking, Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, and Real Estate Economics.
Prof. Dr. Pascal Gantenbein
Prof. Dr. Pascal Gantenbein is Professor of Financial Management at the Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Basel and holds the Henri B. Meier endowed Chair.
His academic activities are in the areas of risk management, real estate finance, corporate governance, ven-ture capital, and private equity. He completed his habilitation at the University of St. Gallen in 2004 with a thesis on "Performance of Real Estate Companies". He was visiting professor at HEC Paris and at the University of Geneva as well as at the Witwatersrand University in Johannesburg and HEC Montréal in Canada. He was a visiting scholar at the Marshall School of Business/University of Southern California (USC), the Anderson School of Management/University of California (UCLA), and the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore (IIMB), India.
Pascal Gantenbein graduated from the University of St. Gallen where he also iobtained his doctorate . He worked in the insurance industry and in real estate consulting and has been a member of boards of directors and advisory boards in the private sector. He is now a member of the Board of Directors of Raiffeisen Switzer-land.
Prof. Dr. Hans Christian Jünger
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Hans Christian Jünger completed his studies in civil engineering at the University of Karlsruhe in 2003. He then works for Hochtief Construction AG in Essen (Germany) in the Hochtief Consult department. Among other things, Hans Christian Jünger is jointly responsible here for the contract management of the Gotthard Base Tunnel construction site in Bodio (Switzerland) of the AlpTransit Ticino Tunnel Consortium (Consorzio TAT). From 2006 to 2011 he is an academic assistant of Prof. Fritz Berner at the Institute for Construction Management at the University of Stuttgart (Germany). From 2011 to 2014, Hans Christian Jünger works for Axpo Power AG in the hydroenergy large projects department in Baden (Switzerland) and then until 2017 for BAM Swiss AG as Technical Manager for turnkey construction projects and Head of the Zurich (Switzerland) office. For Strabag AG in Schlieren (Switzerland), Hans Christian Jünger acts as project manager and representative for LEAN, BIM and digitisation until 2019.
Hans Christian Jünger has been a university professor and head of the Institute for Construction Management at the University of Stuttgart since 2019.
Dr. Stephan Kloess

Dr. Stephan Kloess founded the independent investment advisor KRE KloessRealEstate in 2003 and supports institutional investors such as insurance companies, banks, pension funds, foundations and family offices in all matters relating to real estate as a capital investment. The range of services includes the development and audit of investment and corporate strategies, manager selections, investment vehicles and organisations. This also includes portfolio / company sales and second opinion mandates. KRE is active in both direct and indirect real estate investments. His engagement also includes ad-interim support on management level to lead real estate companies through challenging transitional processes.
Furthermore, he takes responsibility in boards of directors, heads supervisory boards and investment committees.
He was co-founder and between 2003 and 2007 delegate of the board of directors/CEO of Curem (Center for Urban and Real Estate Management), the first private real estate business school in Switzerland which has been integrated into University of Zurich in 2008.
Up today, Mr. Kloess is a lecturer in continuing education for Curem (University of Zurich), IFZ (Institute for Financial Services Zug) and TU Berlin.
Stephan Kloess is an industrial engineer and graduate of the Technical University of Berlin, holding a doctorate degree from University of St. Gallen (HSG). Before founding his own company, he held leading positions in international consulting companies.
Prof. em. Dr. Klaus Neusser
From 1994 to 2019 he was full professor of economics and econometrics at the University of Bern, where he was also director of the institute. He was also instrumental in setting up the interdisciplinary Center for Regional Economic Development (CRED) at the University of Bern.
He received his doctorate in technical mathematics from the Vienna University of Technology. He obtained his habilitation at the University of Vienna. This was followed by numerous study visits abroad: Institute for Advanced Studies (Vienna), Full Professor at the European University Viadrina (Frankfurt Oder), Guest Lecturer at Northwestern University (USA) and the University of Chicago (USA), Guest Researcher at the Hoover Institution in Stanford.
