After his studies in economics at the University of Berne (1992 to 1998), Stefan Fahrländer worked at the German Institute for Economic Research DIW in Berlin. His research topics were direct and indirect taxation of households in Germany. From 1998 to 2001 and from 2003 to 2005 he worked for the real estate consultancy Wüest & Partner in Zurich where he analysed real estate markets and developed and implemented statistical real estate valuation models.
From 2001 to 2002 he was employed by the Swiss Ministry of Defence to serve as a United Nations Military Observer in the Middle East.
From 2003 to 2005 Stefan Fahrländer studied applied statistics at the Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. In summer 2006 he published his PhD thesis on the hedonic analysis of Swiss markets for private properties.
He founded Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung in January 2006. He is CEO, a partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
He teaches at several colleges and at the CUREM of the University of Zurich. He is also a member of the Federal Commission on Noise Abatement, EKLB, a member of the board of the Swiss Real Estate Investment Data Association REIDA and FIABCI (Suisse) as well as a Chairman of the Board of the Swiss Institute of Real Estate Appraisal SIREA.
He is also certified as «legal expert in in Real Estate Value Estimation» according to the norm SEC 04.1 (n. 0117).

Between 1995 and 2001 Dominik Matter studied economics at the University of Zurich, specialising in econometrics/empirical research. During his studies he worked for a local investment company, designing and implementing various databases.
After completing a Master's degree in economics, he worked as an analyst and project manager for Wüest & Partner AG, a real estate consultancy in Zurich. Apart from the quantitative analysis of the Swiss real estate markets, he implemented various forecast models based on empirical data. He advised several cantonal tax authorities on the use of market data to improve determination of real estate taxes. In his free time he studied statistical data mining.
He has been working with Fahrländer Partner since September 2006. He is a partner and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Dominik Matter is married and the father of two boys. He lives in Kölliken (AG).
MSc ETH (1982)
After his skilled trade apprenticeship, Manuel Lehner completes his engineering studies at the Bern University of Applied Sciences between 2003 and 2006. He then studies at the ETH Zurich and acquires a Master of Science in Spatial Development and Infrastructure Systems. The focus of his studies is on Space and Traffic Planning as well as Spatial Statistics and Econometrics. After completing his degree, he works for six months as a freelancer at the ETH Future Cities Laboratory.From 2007 to 2011, he works as a research assistant at the Geoinformatics Department of the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW).
Since December 2011, he has been working at Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung, and since 2015 he has been a partner and a member of the Board of Directors.
He teaches Statistical Methods in Property Valuation and Location and Project Development at ETH Zurich, as well as at the Universities of Applied Sciences in Lucerne (HSLU), St. Gallen (FHS) and Zurich (ZHAW). Manuel Lehner is a lecturer at the Swiss Institute of Real Estate Appraisal SIREA.

Jaron Schlesinger studied macroeconomcs from 2005 to 2011 at the University of Zurich with a specialisation in microeconomics and econometrics.
During his studies from 2008 to 2011 he worked as a scientific employee at the microeconomics and experimental economic research department at the University of Zurich. During autumn 2009 he completed an internship in the field of economic models at the Swiss Economic Institute KOF in Zurich.
After this studies, Jaron Schlesinger completed an internship of six months in the field of economy and work at Prognos AG - European centre of economic promotion and strategy consulting.
Between 2015 und 2017, Jaron Schlesinger completed the DAS in Applied Statistics at ETH Zurich.
Since April 2012, he has been working at Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung, and since 2018 he has been a partner and a member of the Board of Directors.
Jaron Schlesinger is a lecturer at the Swiss Institute of Real Estate Appraisal SIREA. He teaches Statistical Methods in Property Valuation.

From 1982 to 1987 Martin Bühler studied architecture at the Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, where he also worked as an assistant lecturer until 1991.
In 1995 he founded his own architecture atelier. From 2003 to 2012, he also worked as an associated valuation expert for Wüest & Partner.
Besides invitations to serve on a jury at the Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, he has been a visiting lecturer in Copenhagen, Cairo and Shanghai.
From 2004 to 2012, Martin Bühler taught architectural design at the University of Liechtenstein in Vaduz and was a member of the academic board.
He has been working with Fahrländer Partner since September 2012. Since 2019 he has been a partner and a member of the Board of Directors.
Martin Bühler is married and the father of a boy. He lives in the city of Zurich.

From 2001 to 2007, Raphael Schönbächler studied economics at the University of Zurich with macroeconomy and econometrics as major subjects. After his studies, he worked as junior economist with Credit Suisse economic research until the beginning of 2010. His work comprised analysis of the national economy in Switzerland, especially in the field of regional analysis and development of sites.
From April 2010 until September 2012 he worked as scientific employee for the Union of Public Transport (UTP) and Seilbahnen Schweiz, where he was in charge of political economy in the field of public transport and tourism as well as statistical work and economic projects.
Between 2015 and 2016 he completes the CAS in real estate development in St. Gallen (FH/SIREA). Raphael Schönbächler is a lecturer at the Swiss Institute of Real Estate Appraisal SIREA and at the SVIT Swiss Real Estate School AG.
He has been working with Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung since October 2012. Since 2019 he has been a partner and a member of the Board of Directors.

Between 2003 and 2006, Rainer Marti studied geography at the University of Bern and the Université de Genève, focusing on economic and urban geography. Beginning in 2008, he took up studies in spatial development and infrastructure systems at the ETH Zurich, which he completed in January 2011 with the title Master of Science (MSc RE & IS).
At the same time, he completed various internships in the area of real estate research & marketing at the full-service general contractor Losinger Marazzi AG.
After his graduation, he began his employment with Losinger Marazzi AG in the area of acquisitions and development. Until December 2016, he has been working on various large-scale projects in the Bern, Basel and Lucerne areas, specializing in site and project development.
Between 2016 and 2017 he completes the CAS in Real Estate Finance at the Swiss Finance Institute in Horgen.
Since January 2017, Rainer Marti has been working with Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung. Since 2019 he has been a partner and a member of the Board of Directors.

Civil Engineer / Real Estate Economist
After completing a civil engineering apprenticeship, Arno Curschellas completed a civil engineering degree at the HSR in Rapperswil (Diploma 1994) and postgraduate degree in business administration at the HTW in Chur (graduation 1997) as well as a MAS in Real Estate Management at the FHS in St. Gallen (graduation 2005).
As a civil engineer, he occupied the position of director within the engineering and laboratory office of Dr. H. Halter and F. Steiger. He managed the branches in Chur and later in Pontresina (1994 - 2001).
From 2001 to 2002, Arno Curschellas worked as a construction manager and project engineer at HMQ AG.
In 2002, Arno Curschellas was appointed deputy district manager of the valuation office in Graubünden. Within the Department of Special Valuations he was responsible for the valuation of non-agricultural and special real estate properties.
From 2007 to 2018, Arno Curschellas worked at Credit Suisse AG in the eastern region as an expert for real estate valuations, which he headed between 2013 and 2018. During these years, he lectured at the Swiss Institute of Real Estate Appraisal (SIREA) on real estate valuations and special properties.
In 2017, Arno Curschellas joined to the Advisory Board for the MAS in Real Estate Management at the University of Applied Sciences in St.Gallen.
Since January 2019, he has been working at Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung as a partner and a member of the Board of Directors.
Arno Curschellas is married and has two children. He lives in Haldenstein near Chur.

Maria Dieterle studied political economics at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) until 2010. After completing her master’s degree, she worked for two years at the Federal Statistical Office in Bonn (emissions reporting in agriculture) and at the Federal Statistical Office in Neuchâtel (revision of university staff statistics).
In 2014, she began her doctoral thesis on the agricultural yield value in agricultural land law at Agroscope in Tänikon in collaboration with the Institute for Finance, Financial Law and Law and Economics at the University of St. Gallen. After completing her phd in spring 2018, she worked half a year at the LINK Institute as a project manager in qualitative market research.
She joined Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung in January 2019.

From 2005 to 2010, Marta Dittes studies architecture and urban planning at the University of Technology in Krakow. During her studies, she spends an exchange year in Vienna and completes several internships, amongst others for Albert Speer und Partner in Frankfurt am Main where she works at master plannings for the cities of Cologne and Wolfsburg.
After the studies, she gains professional experiences in different architecture offices in Germany. Between 2012 and 2015, she works as an architect for Aschwanden Schürer Architecten in Zurich where she is engaged in feasibility studies as well as in projects in other planning phases.
In November 2015, she completes the Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Real Estate at the University of Zurich.
She has been working with Fahrländer Partner since March 2016.
Marta Dittes is married and mother of two childs. She lives in Zurich.

Denise Dubacher studies International Hospitality Management at the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, specializing in Room Management and Asset & Financial Management between 2004 and 2009. Before and during her studies, she works for several companies in the hotel and tourism industry at home and abroad.
After finishing her studies, Denise Dubacher operates as a financing consultant with the Swiss Society for Hotel Credit (public-law cooperative) for three years. From 2012 to 2017, she works at EY (Ernst & Young AG) in the field of transaction consulting and is primarily responsible for real estate and hotel evaluations.
Since August 2017, she has been working with Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung.
Denise Dubacher is a mother of two children and lives in the city of Zurich.

Between 2009 and 2014, Mattia Farei-Campagna studied business administration and economics with major in economics at the University of Zurich. Macroeconomic topics and the new discipline’s trends were among his academic interests.
After the graduation, he worked for a year as academic intern at the Trade Statistics Division of the Federal Customs Administration (Bern). In this period, he analyzed and commented the developments of the Swiss foreign trade and worked as internal instructor of economics.
He has been working since October 2016 with Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung.
Mattia Farei-Campagna teaches Statistical Methods in Property Valuation and Location and Project Development at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI). He is a lecturer at the Swiss Institute of Real Estate Appraisal SIREA.

David Haab studied physics at ETH Zurich from 2009 to 2012 and economics at the University of Zurich from 2013 to 2016. During his economics studies he was a tutor for Mathematics I. Additionally, he worked for Credit Suisse in a change management team.
Before beginning his master’s studies, he completed a one-year internship at the Swiss National Bank as a research assistant in the team of monetary policy analyses. The following year, 2018, he worked as an Analyst/Data Scientist for Crypto Real Estate AG.
David Haab has been studying Quantitative Finance at the University of Zurich and ETH Zurich since autumn 2018.
He has been working for Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung since March 2019.

In 2014, Esma Pepi completes the Swiss Matura in Science and Health Studies. Following an internship as a nursing assistant at the Schulthess Clinic, Esma Pepi works for one and a half years as a barista at Starbucks. In 2016, she begins a shortened commercial apprenticeship in the family business, which she completes in the summer of 2018.
Esma Pepi has been working for Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung since April 2019.

After her business apprenticeship, Mirjana Pepic worked from 2002 to 2005 as an office manager for different enterprises as well as in the public administration. At the same time she worked as a freelance photographer.
She has been working with Fahrländer Partner since January 2008.

Veronika Pichler studies Civil Engineering at the Technical University in Graz (Austria) between 1996 and 2002. Two years abroad take her to Calgary (Canada) and Padua (Italy) while studying.
After two years of practical experience in Austria, at the end of 2004 Veronika Pichler starts working as a research assistant at the Institute for Construction Design and Construction (IBB) of the ETH Zurich, where she also writes her doctoral thesis in the field of real estate portfolio management. At the same time, she also earns a postgraduate degree in Management, Technology and Economics from ETH Zurich.
Since January 2018, she has been working at Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung.

In 2009, Benito Rutishauser completes his commercial apprenticeship in a civil engineering company operating throughout Switzerland. Between 2012 and 2017 he studies business administration and corporate management at the University of St. Gallen and works part-time with a small real estate company in eastern Switzerland.
After graduating, he completes a university internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Zurich in the area of Real Estate Advisory.
Since October 2017 he has been working at Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung.
Benito Rutishauser lives in the city of Zurich.

After completing a technical apprenticeship, Anders Schatzmann studies Business Administration and Engineering with a focus on analytical production and process optimization between 2007 and 2010. This is followed by the master's degree in Business Engineering with a focus on Applied Statistics until 2013.
Parallel to his master studies, he works as a scientific assistant at the Institute for Data Analysis and Process Design (IDP) of the ZHAW, where he contributes to projects on predictive maintenance and churn forecasts. After completing his studies and a further year at the IDP as a research associate, he moves to Swisscom Switzerland AG where he works as a geo data analyst. Main tasks are models for estimating local market and customer volumes as well as infrastructure expansion costs.
Since January 2018, he has been working at Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung.

In 2004, Tülay Siegrist completed the VSH commercial diploma. She then worked for nine years as a management assistant in an SME. During this time, Tülay Siegrist began her studies as a VSK business expert, which she successfully completed in 2013. In 2019, she expanded her knowledge in personnel administration and personnel development by taking the course to become a clerical employee.
Tülay Siegrist has been working for Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung since October 2019.

Mélanie Stump holds a B.Sc. (graduation with honours) in International Hospitality Management from Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne with a specialization in real estate, market and corporate finance. During her studies, she worked for different Hotels in the United Kingdom and Switzerland and further gathered experience in European Hotel Development with Marriott International.
In 2014 Mélanie Stump joined Global Asset Solutions where she worked as a Hotel Asset Manager on assignments across Europe and the French Polynesia, on new acquisitions as well as pre- and post- opening assignments.
In 2018 Mélanie Stump joined Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung as General Manager.

Christoph Vonwiller studies economics at the Universities of Zurich and Bern between 2006 and 2012. While focusing his studies on microeconomic topics, he also works as a secondary school teacher.
After successfully finishing his studies, he completes a university internship at Econlab (now IWSB) in Basel, an economic research and consulting office, where he increasingly comes into contact with spatial science issues.
He then works as a junior economist in Economic Research at Raiffeisen Switzerland in Zurich. He is involved in the observation and analysis of the Swiss real estate market as well as the development and advancement of a comprehensive set of indicators. At the end of 2016, he fulfills the dream of a trip around the world lasting several months.
Since November 2017, he has been at Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung.

Anna Zimmermann studied economics at the University of Zurich between 2009 and 2017. Econometric questions particularly aroused interest, as well as topics of quantitative economic history.
During her Master's degree studies, she worked as a semester assistant at the Chair of Quantitative Economic History and as an exercise tutor in macroeconomics.
She also worked as a shift manager at Starbucks while studying.
Since Decemeber 2017, she has been working for Fahrländer Partner Raumentwicklung AG.
