ContentCalculates the purchasing potential of residents of every commune according to types of goods
DescriptionThe retail trade models of Fahrländer Partner calculated on the basis of net income adjusted for statutory charges (taxes, charges, living costs) determine the consumer potential of communes. The retail trade potential of the commune's resident households is calculated after deducting expenditure on cars, travel, food and drink, communication, education, leisure and culture that have no bearing on retail trade. The model also differentiates between different classes of goods and their sub-categories. The retail model – particularly when combined with travel times – shows the retail trade potential of individual sales locations.
